The room had a great sea view, but the air conditioner wasn't working for a day.

- The seaview. - The location outside the central area of the resort.
- The room was ok but at first we could find multiple hair strains on the bed and in the bathroom; - The shower did not function properly. We have asked for it to be fixed, but it was only partially repaired; - On the day of our departure, a hotel maid checked the room inventory and addressed us quite disrespectful although nothing was missing.

Incredble view from the terrace.

Unfortunately, the pool appeared to be poorly maintained at times, looking green towards the end of the stay. Amenities at the beach bar were severely lacking, with limited drink options and no food available. Access to ice cream involved an odd key system. The beach was less than inviting with algal blooms and flies.

The location is excellent, but the hotel look a little bit old.

The price for the room was reasonable (60 EUR). The Hotel is located right infront of the sea. The room / bathroom was ok.
Breakfast should have a bigger choice of food. Food is only refilled partly.

Fine sea view from the room made mornings so special! The spacious room offered a comfortable getaway, and the private beach was a perfect spot to unwind. Loved how the cleaning ladies maintained the hotel's cleanliness. They were genuinely kind. The parking situation needs attention. Very few spaces available. One restaurant staff member seemed overwhelmed and forgetful of our orders on the last night. The food was mostly enjoyable, but we had an overcooked steak that left a bit of disappointment. Still, the cocktails were fantastic. It was a good stay, despite minor hiccups.

it was located a little bit outside the party area, which wasn't too bad, as it was rather quite at night
* hotel staff was unfriendly and rude (we were treated like some kind of criminals because one towel (!) was missing from our room) *no way is this a 4-star-hotel, more likely a 2.5 or a 3-star-hotel *the breakfast was below average *when you enter the reception you get treateted with 2Pac songs (something you'd expect from a cellar club, not from a 4-star-hotel), and so on and on ... all in all: it was a desaster, don't go there

We had a romantic weekend, and the spacious room with a beach view was perfect for watching the sunrise. The food was surprisingly delicious and way better than similar places I've been to before.
the air conditioner didn't work for one day.

The staff is really the worse staff ever, there is no spa and the beach is, let's say, not the best in Mamaia.

Wonderful rooms, wonderful amenities, with a clean private beach that's perfect.
Nothing to dislike.

One key to the tiny fitness room, which seemed like it was in pieces for 12 months. Smell was bad. So only one at a time in such a big hotel. No mosquito screens so fly's and insect bites or hot and sweaty nights. Elevator button provides a good electric shock.. Staff seemed un enthusiastic about the hotel. Better spend extra and go to vega or phoenicia. Sorry malibu but u need work.
